DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes! Working with you to bring your vision to life is about as good as it gets! We have a dedicated team of designers and gift curators that would love to work with you on your custom gifting needs. At this time, all custom gifting requests must be submitted through our custom gifting page and are subject to a minimum order of $200.00CAD.

CAN I BUILD MY OWN GIFT BOX?

Yes! We’d love to work with you on all of your custom gifting needs. At this time, all custom box or gifting requests must be submitted through our custom gifting page and are subject to a minimum order of $200.00CAD.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

We package & ship your box and/or gifting orders within 1-3 days of your order confirmation. Our shipping provider typically delivers your box within 2-4 business days. Please note that we use a preferred courier service for delivery at this time to avoid any delays or damage. If you need your box sooner, please reach out to us at hello@giftful.ca & we'll see what we can do! 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At this time, we are only shipping within Canada. We hope to reach international shipping in the future. If you would like to ship a gift box internationally, please contact us at hello@giftful.ca and we'll see what we can do! 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OR PICK-UP?

At this time our preferred method of delivery is shipping directly to you or your gift recipient through our preferred courier service to avoid delays or damage. That being said, if you require pick up please contact us directly at hello@giftful.ca and we’d be happy to arrange something for you. 

For corporate or bulk orders, we can arrange for direct delivery through our preferred courier service. We can discuss your delivery needs during the custom order process. 

 

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, at this time, you are unable to return any items. All gift boxes & products are final sale. If your gift box and/or products were damaged during delivery, please reach out to us at hello@giftful.ca and we'll resolve immediately.
